Often called the "silent disease," osteoporosis progresses painlessly for decades without any outward sign and usually goes undetected until after a bone breaks, usually in the hip, spine or wrist. Osteoporosis (Latin for "porous bone") is a symptomless disease that accelerates the body’s normal bone loss. It casuses people to stoop and shrink in height and leads to weakend bones prone to fracture at the slightest fall, bump or lifting action. Symptoms include brittle bones, hunch back, persistent backache and pain.

Although our skeletons appear solid, bone is a living, growing tissue - a mixture of soft collagen and hard mineral made to be strong but flexible to withstand stress. Throughout lifem bones maintain themselves through a process known as remodelling, in which the old bone is removed and replaced with new. Bone loss and renewal is in balance until early adulthood. The body’s maximum bone tissue, or peak bone mass, is achieved by the late teen years. As we age, bone loss outpaces bone growth and bones gradually becaome thinner and more brittle. Osteoporosis is defined as about 25 percent bones loss compared to a healthy young adult, according to the U.S. National Osteoporosis Foundation.

Although everyone experiences some bone loss with age, few people realize that stooped posture and shrinking (loss of height greater than 1-2 inches) are caused by vertebral fractures due to osteoporosis. Vertebral fractures tend to affect younger people and are more common among women.

It is the hip fractures, most common in older men and women (median age is 80 years), that usually lead to the most serious consequences. Within a year after the fracture, one in three men and one in five women die from complications. Many patients require long-term care and most never return to an active and independent lifestyle. Additional falls and fractures, hospitalization, depression and mechanica failure of the surgical procedure is common. 

Sexual attraction to and preference for members of one’s own sex is known as homosexuality. The rampant increase of the population of the third sex has become of major issue. There are groups that have worked to influence public opinion and legislation towards the acceptance of homosexuals.

I made a major research about Lesbians and Gays. Homosexuals share the same sentiments. They feel despised and looked down by the society. They tend to show to people that they are strong and that they are confident because they feel they have a dreaded disease that people are so aloof with them.

After talking to some lesbians and gays, I cant help but understand their plight. They told me they never purposely chose to  belong to the Third Sex. Others think that they are normal! The only difference is that they wanted to be the exact opposite of what they really are. 

The Creator must have the power to work a mircale from the very factthat the creature has no such power. For if God can never rise above the plane on which a creature acts, then it is a natural inference that he is nothing but a creature himself. If a thing that is impossible for a person is impossible for God also, If a thing that is impossible for a person is imposisble for God also, what is the difference between God and man?

"Belive, therefore," says Tertullian, "that the creator is able to work a miracle, for the very reason that the creature cannot." The Apostle Paul said to King Agrippa, "Why shoud it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?" Our Lord Jesus sad, "The things which are impossible with men are possible with God."

The Supreme Being can do anything, and watever he does is wise and good. Whether the laws of nature work for or against the promised result is a matter of not the slightest consequence, provided that the Autor of nature, who "taketh up the isles as a very little thing" and has "measure the waters in the hollow if his hand" has said that it shall verily come to pass. 

At the first sign of alarm, chemicals released by the pituitary and adernal glands and the nerve endings automatically trigger thses physical reactions to stress:

• Heart rate incrases to move blood to the muscles and brain.
• Blood pressure goes up.
• Breathing rate incrases.
• Digestion slows down.
• Perspiration increases.
• Pupils dilate.
• You feel a rush of strength.

You are experiencing the "fight or flight" phenomenon - your body is tense, alert, and rady for action. After this reaction to a real or perceived threat, our bodies stay on alert until we feel the danger has passed. When the stressor has gone, the brain signals an "all clear" and our body gradually returns to normal. Problems with stress occur when the brain fails to give the "all clear" signal. If the alarm state lasts too long, you begin to suffer from the consequences of constant stress. This is why unrelieved stress can lead to many health problems.

Agriculture for me is the production of food, whether you grow pineapple, herd cows, or develop a new hybrid corn variety.

To survive in today’s tough world of animal and crop production, it is not sufficient for a farmer merely to till the land. He or she needs to know the basics of accounting, business planning, marketing and the law to effectively handle of the dialy problems that may beset him or her. The main challenge is to produce enough food without further damaging the environment already suffering from the effects of climate changes and water pollution and shortage.

Agriculture as a field of study seeks to enhance students awareness and develop their skills in using general principles of agricultural research and production to solve practical agricultural problems. Thses problems range from soil conservation and animal business management. What pesticides are effective yet have no adverse effects in the environment? How can water sources be managed to sustain the irrigation systems? Agriculture students are traiend to answer these quaries and more. 

A woman got a problem with her closet door - it was felling every time a
bus was passing by. So she called a repair man. The repairman comes and
sees that  indeed, the door falls out every time when a bus passes by.
"OK, I am gonna see what is going on,  just close the door behind me" and
he stepps into the closet. At  that time the husband comes from work,
opens the closet and finds the repairman.
Husband:  "What the hell are you doing here!"
Repairman:"Well, you are not going to believe it, but I am waiting for a
bus!"

As a teenager there’s a lot of stages that I have to surpass and it is not easy. For each life crisis I have to attain before I can go to the next level of stages. All my lapses, insecurities, inferiorities and belongingness must be examined. . . Way back past years, I have been desperate to fight the temptations that could rob my hapiness. Despearate not just to be called a child of God but also in doing.           

‘Twas about nine hours and fifty minutes ago that Im turned twenty. yep my age is increasing but I have nothing to worry, it was just a number its just signifies that Im still dreaming and alive.
In twenty years of living here in this world, I have a lot of learnings and realizations about myself as a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a friend, a classmate, a peer, a youth, as an individual,  as a human.

I have learned that people needs to understand and be understood and the best way to understand people is to listen to them. That material things might be broken,could be disposed. That people may die for it is nature.And I have to accept it. Even in intimate relationships, in friends, which are common and simple, true and real.May not last forever. That the way we conduct ourselves would be the way other will treat us.And those, I have to thank the people around me, who touches, bring joy and hapiness and a part of my life. especially to God that I have experienced it all.

An inspection of barracks across the United States found that only a small fraction of rooms required immediate repairs, the Army said Friday.

The inspection was a result of recent reports of substandard living conditions in some barracks at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Of the 148,000 Army barracks inspected nationwide, 45 barracks at eight Army posts "were found to need immediate attention," said an Army statement released Friday.

Most of the barracks identified "have issues with mold and moisture-related problems," Army Installation Management Command spokesman Ned Christensen told the Army Times.

Only 13 soldiers had to be relocated while repairs brought their rooms up to living standards, Army officials said.

They said $250 million was redirected from other funds to get the repairs done immediately.

Army official gave this breakdown of how the funds will be divided among the barracks that need repairs:

• Fort Polk, Louisiana, $166 million.

• Fort Gordon, Georgia, $49.7 million.

• The United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, $9.3 million.

• Fort Lewis, Washington, $7.4 million.

• Fort Stewart, Georgia, $6.2 million.

• Fort Bragg, North Carolina, $2.9 million (in addition to the $2.6 million spent in response to the initial reports).

• Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, $1.7 million.

• Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, $1.2 million.

Army officials admitted that they are not happy about the conditions of many of the old barracks, and soldiers are not happy either.

New barracks at many posts are under construction or have been completed and will eventually replace all of the old units, the officials said.

"In the interim, the Army must continue to use and maintain aging barracks in our inventory," a written statement said. "Thirty percent of our existing barracks are World War II and Korean War-era and require large investments to extend their life until replacement facilities are constructed."

The inspection, which took place between April 26 and 30, was prompted by a video posted online by a soldier’s father showing sewage backing up, rusty staircases, peeling paint and other substandard living conditions in a Korean War-era barracks at Fort Bragg.

Paratroopers from the 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment moved into the barracks after returning from fighting in Afghanistan this year. The video was posted in April.

The Army said that it was quick to fix the problems and that the video was posted after the barracks had been repaired.
